This Privacy Policy describes how Blue Horseshoe Capital LLC ("Blue Horseshoe", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit bluehorseshoe.com (the "Site"). The Site is informational only, and we collect only the limited information described below. This Privacy Policy is effective as of September 2, 2026.

Information we collect

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically record basic technical and analytics data, which may include:

  • your IP address;
  • the type of browser, operating system and device you use;
  • the pages you visit on the Site and the order in which you visit them;
  • the website or link that referred you to the Site;
  • your approximate location, such as city or region, as derived from your IP address; and
  • the date and time of your visit and of each request.

If you choose to contact us, we also receive the information you send, such as your name, email address and the content of your message. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the Site.

Cookies

The Site uses only essential cookies and similar technologies, meaning those strictly necessary for the Site to function, remain secure and remember basic settings during your visit. No sale of personal information

We do not sell personal information and have not done so in the past. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising, and the Site does not serve advertising of any kind.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of service providers for hosting, web font delivery and, where applicable, aggregate analytics. The Site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, a service of Google LLC, which receives your IP address and browser information when a font file is requested and processes it under Google's own privacy policy. Our other providers process the technical data described above on our behalf and are bound by contract to use it only to provide services to us, to protect it appropriately and not to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of Blue Horseshoe or others.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to meet legal requirements and resolve disputes. Server logs and analytics data are retained for limited periods and then deleted or anonymized so that they no longer identify you. Correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to address and document your inquiry.

Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. No method of transmission over the Internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your personal information;
  • object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing of your personal information; and

Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom may have additional rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including data portability and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Where those laws apply, our legal bases for processing are our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site, your consent where required, and our legal obligations.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

The Site links to websites operated by other companies, including portfolio companies. Blue Horseshoe does not control those websites, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any website you visit.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on the Site and update the effective date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after a revised policy is posted means that you accept the revised policy.
